Pros

The t-shirt & cap are pretty iconic, unsurprisingly they don't trust the working class rabble enough to give out their mandatory uniform for free so I kept mine, makes for a good last minute Halloween costume The training was structured pretty well if you tune out all the work attitude nonsense

Cons

Condescending training & corporate communication, tries to push the idea employees are a family & cared for unlike those "other" fast food chains but then proceed to pay minimum wage & disregard your time & well-being just as much as any corporate service industry job Applying yourself & doing well at the job is rewarded by managers relying on you for working difficult shifts, making it harder for you to take time off & criticism if you ever slow down to a regular manageable pace It is common practice to force employees to come in/stay at work when unfit to work, I was once asked to hurry up by a manager while throwing up due to a migraine as help was needed on the line The sheer volume of food & plastic you'll throw away every shift will slowly eat away at your soul. Don't even think about wrapping up & taking home any food waste instead of throwing it in the bin at the end of the day, you'll get written up for it. Can't risk the low income workers saving money by making extra food to take home at the end of the day, it could cost the poor CEO tens, maybe even hundreds off their $1,406,500 bonus. Unpaid lunch breaks with a 50% discount off If you eat the food you just spent making for £8.87 p/h

A bad franchisee/manager can tank everyone’s experience, occasionally stressful rushes
