Pay is pretty good for most positions

Cons

While the owners of the company seem to be decent people, all of the management personnel are bullies with a blatant disregard of safety. I was injured at work and asked to file an accident report and the safety guy said no. I also had to spray paint in the paint booth without respirator training, and I didn’t realize the respirator wasn’t on right so I couldn’t inhale properly after that. When I told my boss about this he said “that’s not my concern.”
