Cons
Schedule in outpatient setting is not flexible, no option to go from full time to part time or adjust days, will be put in situation where you either meet their needs or find another job somewhere else despite their shortage of medical assistants. Housing in area out of most peoples budget, will likely have to live in Reno or Verdi and commute, although I know they are working to solve this problem but it will take time. Hospital system, especially the outpatient, primary care, and urgent care clinics are going through expansion to meet the needs of the growing patient population so there are some growing pains and increased stessors.
