Very few...only positive was meeting some great people to work with (fellow peers).

Cons

BAD CS Leadership: Micromanaged Rude Talked down to Zero encouragement Every team meeting was a negative tone Overall terrible experience... lots of turnover

Remote work, HQ in NY and if you are outside of the city you miss out on some of the office fun

Some flexibility with schedule, met some great peers, mission aligns

Cons

Everything else. Not a good work culture, undercover racism/micro aggressions from upper management. Nothing is designed for the team to actually thrive and I really wanted to help change that, but had to do 3 jobs for 1 low salary. Lots of blurred lines between titles. Extremely low pay for the amount of work, especially with promotions. Promotions are interchanged with raises, which does not make sense. HR will tell everything you say to anyone else including your salary and any real issuers reported goes no where.
