Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We recognize that rapid growth can create challenges, particularly around communication, management consistency, workload expectations, and organizational change, and we know experiences can vary across teams. Over the past several weeks, our leadership team has been actively meeting with employees across the organization to better understand where we need to improve. We are currently focused on strengthening manager support and development, improving onboarding and training processes, and creating clearer paths for communication and feedback. While we know not every employee’s experience reflects the same perspective, we take concerns around culture and leadership seriously and remain committed to building an environment where employees feel supported, respected, and able to grow alongside our mission.

Pros

Some flexibility with schedule, met some great peers, mission aligns

Cons

Everything else. Not a good work culture, undercover racism/micro aggressions from upper management. Nothing is designed for the team to actually thrive and I really wanted to help change that, but had to do 3 jobs for 1 low salary. Lots of blurred lines between titles. Extremely low pay for the amount of work, especially with promotions. Promotions are interchanged with raises, which does not make sense. HR will tell everything you say to anyone else including your salary and any real issuers reported goes no where.

Thank you for sharing your experience and perspective. We are sorry to hear that your time at TailorMed did not meet the expectations you had when joining the company. As we continue to scale, we recognize the importance of ensuring employees feel supported through clear role expectations, strong management, thoughtful onboarding, and opportunities for development and growth. In recent weeks, we have been actively gathering employee feedback across teams to better understand where improvements are needed and where we can strengthen the employee experience moving forward. We appreciate the feedback you shared and will continue investing in the areas that matter most to our teams.
