Little to no care about employees at sales consultant level. Micro-managing corporate office that clearly has never stepped foot into the store. Tenure is irrelevant. I am of the most knowledgable employees within my store (including management) and am making the least of my peers. No opportunity for raises/no quarterly raise. Management asks sales consultants to go above and beyond, refuses to provide commission or any incentives for employees to do so. If a customer makes ANY complaint, corporate immediately sides with customer, makes employee look like a fool, and rewards entitled customers.
