They were going through Executive transition at the time and some of the employee perks were cut.

Poor communication top to bottom Poor management including regional and corporate Benefits aren't great and are costly Expectations of duties and responsibilities are unclear Training was subpar and doesn't prepare well for floor work Reliability of manager roles and expectations are lacking from GM to corporate management HR is unreliable and difficult to work with
