Very small operation, thus growth prospective are limited.

Some of the staff are they best people I ever had the privilege of working with. They deserve better.

Upper management are unsupportive and don’t seem to care about the industry or their treatment of others. Lacks diversity. They’re filling all their jobs with people they’re bringing in from India. If you’re a white and a woman, then good luck being seen or heard. Extremely racist plus sexist per the stereotype.
