Thank you for your review. I'm not sure of your former position with the company as our current Director of Recruiting has been with us for more than 14 years. Nonetheless, I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience. Regarding work schedules, we allow our managers to establish customized work schedules with sales and recruiting staff members to create a desirable life-work balance while still maintaining high level performance accountability. Senior Management responsibilities may not be accurately perceived by everyone but those should be communicated. Following my appointment as President in late April, we have instituted several changes that include stronger communication, greater employee interaction, and business model changes to improve delivery.
