Pros
The environment at Talbots was great. It was very team oriented and there were always goals that we were working toward together. The company holds team meetings as well to keep everyone on the same page and also to promote a sense of unity. Your improvements are always recognized and usually indices with little incentives. Also, management was always very approachable and really seemed to want the best for their employees. As a whole, Talbots was a great company to work for as an associate.
Cons
There were no real cons of working for Talbots. If you like working in the retail game, this company is a great employer.
