Pros
Great discount and employee perks, I was lucky to inherit a wonderful team that had been with the company for many years, had great district partners withy fellow store managers. While I was there I saw manager get promoted and/or given the opportunity to grow, excellent regional manager.
Cons
Low pay, no raises while I was there, hard to get under performers out of the business, customer books very antiquated and appointment goals and outreach unrealistic, had to use own money for outreach/event raffle prizes and food.
