Great sales associates who go above and beyond with customer service and product is starting to improve
Cons
Poor DM and regional management team that are only focused on numbers. It's very hard to move up from within they company they hire from outside Talbots people that have no idea how the company works. They should realize how long associates have been with the company and how hard management team and sales associates work in the store and promote these people.
