Pros
Proud to be selling classic Talbot's styling again. Customers are great to work with.
Cons
Inconsistent scheduling; poor pay. The sales associates are the face of Talbots. It is up to us to promote the brand, and the great customer service - all while stocking the store. It can be difficult to provide the superior customer service expected of us while stocking the store at the same time. Allowing a few extra hours while store is closed redo the floor would be money well-spent.
