Pros
A Cafeteria - Early release Fridays ( you have to work extra hours during the week to qualify for early release).
Cons
Pay, management,employee turnover,pay,pay. They pay very low for the positions,never a cost of living increase, no merit based pay raises ( work with people who have awful attitudes and hardly work? they get the same increase as you). Bad management and constant turnover,workers being promoted to management positions just because of other people being let go or leaving.
