Pros
Salary in position is compensable, targets are set too high to make up for company losses due to bankruptcy none , none, none bonus structure is low rated set for failing.
Cons
Expectations and non support, left to fail and when you do no offer to,help or response if asking. Whereas in most companies change is good change is constant and decisions are inconsistent. Changes in CEO has taken place several times in past 2 years. When a store fails they make sure they have someone to blame rather than fix it or help in fixing it they only demand it be fixed. Mike Archbold is no longer in command.
