Pros
-I'm a college student and they worked around my schedule, for hours and days off -Friendly work environment -Basic retail clothing store job tasks, such as folding, checking out customers at register counter, assisting customers on the floor and in the fitting rooms -Were encouraged to ask customers to apply for credit cards but not overwhelmed by it
Cons
-Management did not have their stuff together -We would win district-wide contests and our management would not give us the rewards we won -There was not good communication amongst management and associates
