Pros

They have overtime to make up for the fact that they don't give raises to warehouse associates BUT overtime doesn't always happen. The cafeteria has amazing food sometimes. I'm not really sure if the cafeteria is open still because of the pandemic.

Cons

They don't give raises. Some of my coworkers were super annoying and bossy. You are lucky if you aren't working near anybody and all by yourself. Honestly, this company isn't great. I'd only recommend it to somebody who can't find anything else but really YOU CAN, 10000% find a better warehouse. There are sooo many other warehouse hiring. They literally train you for all the jobs at this warehouse only to still be making the same amount... It's literally insane. I was glad I left. Such a relief lifted off my shoulders.

Pros

None. This company is garbage compared to how it used to be.

Cons

Slave wages, not enough hours for anyone except management because the private equity company that owns us has cut our staff to a skeleton crew even on busy days. Management and associate alike are stretched super thin to the point of exhaustion. Even as a sales associate, there was a time I supported myself on a Talbots salary. Now I have to choose between paying my car insurance or getting an oil change. I used to get 30+ hours a week even as a sales associate. Now I'm lucky if I get 20. Health benefits are a rip-off. The company in my observation has had a time finding and maintaining good workers. If you value your livelihood, run fast and run far.
