Pros
Good pay, smaller stores means less busy all the time. Change of pace. They had many employee promotions and contests, even bonuses for sales associates.
Cons
Began to run sales on goals when I started working. Performance review if you didn't meet their "set" goal for the month, every three months reviewed weather to keep job. Not really fair considering they expected nearly the same sales for a smaller, slower store compared to bigger and busier ones.
