Pros
The loyal customers are a joy to assist. It is almost like a sorority, or secret society. The customers will seek you out and what to know about your life outside of the store. They are the reason I keep coming to work.
Cons
Lack of respect, constant schedule changes, high pressure to always sell more, and now your are expected to do it in heals at least 3.5 inches high. The company is reactive and in a downward spiral, every day it is something new in regards to how we are to merchandise, and exactly which words we are to use and not to use. I am not making this up, I am living it.
