Pros
I work with several leaders and each has impacted me professionally and personally. We are asked to take calculated risks; the creativity to think about the possible is so exciting! My peer group is amazing and I value their partnerships and what they can teach me. We are focused on growing our leaders and our leadership skills so that we can deliver an amazing experience for our customer. Every decision we make in the organization should be for HER (our customer). We are not expected to be perfect and have some amazing leaders who are cultivating a culture of using your strengths. Cons
It is retail, it is fast, fun, hard, crazy some days - but no day is ever the same and if you listen you can learn something from everyone around you. If you can admit mistakes, take risks and have heartfelt conversations with you leaders and your peers when things are great and when they are not great, then you can drive your destiny.
