Peers are talented, good pay.
Cons
Talen's focus is to run as efficient (cheaply) as possible, merge & sell & acquire & divest, fat bonus to the guys upstairs, while the downstairs crew is expected to wear multiple hats and put in ridiculous hours due to being understaffed. Search Talen's history, went public 2015, private 2016, sell offs... Very unstable.
