This is a company that's owned by a private equity firm that has no long-term ownership interest. They purchased it to make it more profitable and then sell it off or take it public again. Decisions are made solely based upon short-term bottom line--not based at all upon the well-being of employees. Good people with decades of experience in Allentown have been replaced by job-hoppers in Texas. The trend is slowly continuing to send more and more jobs to Texas. Management is untrustworthy.
