No Loyalty towards employees - Operations Talen Energy Employee Review

Worked at Bayonne plant maintaining plant for customer. Told plant would be closing and if we were offered a position with the customer and turned it down , we would not get severance pay . It was given to upper management even though they would not work for customer. Corporate management pretends to care but when it comes down to it , its all about business, they could care less about you. No loyalty at all! Did not even assist in helping to find us another position. Some people had to sell their homes and relocate, others with children in college had no ways to pay their tuitions or even their own mortgages.
