Smaller feel, good for prioritizing family and life outside of work. Not too competitive between co-workers. Great collaborative culture.

On the smaller side means less opportunities and more waiting for roles to open up and advance. I saw a lot of people leave for better opportunities.

Good opportunity to make good money through constantly available overtime.

12-hour swing shift leads to abysmal work/life balance.
