      Beautiful office by Florenc Salary on time Reliable employer till someone from Poland comes

      Cons

      Non functioning management - I have never seen a director who is not managing anything at all and doesnt listen to his/her team members Moving the office to Poland, still pretending that this is not happening Letting go the most experience and qualified team members, keeping the "not so good" ones

      Remote work option available for employees

      Accepted an offer in February with an expected March start date, but the start date was postponed multiple times (March through June) . This level of uncertainty reflects poor planning and ultimately made it unsustainable to continue waiting. The repeated delays felt disorganized and unreliable.
