- The company has a culture of firing people suddenly for no reason (specialist or director level, no difference) - Unfair promotions, promoting people who don't meet requirements (it matters however if the client likes you) - Very rare and unfair salary increases (2 years without a raise) - Complete lack of people management - individuals in management either care about nothing or numbers only, most definitely not about people - Total lack of use of people's potential, for most people scarce development opportunities. Not a chance to recognize, for example, a talent of an autistic or neurodivergent person and help them grow.
