Recruiting manager is the worst decision ever taken by the company
He take everything personally
Threaten employees for there job
Does all the politics
Extremely rude to employees
No understanding of recruitment and highly unprofessional and partial in term of his role
Would suggest all not to join this company under him

Cons
Perhaps they should consider offering federal holiday pay. As an hourly contract employee, whatever days we have off, we don't get paid but I'm aware that other contract companies offer holiday pay.
