-high turnover
-unrealistic expectations
-leadership that is out of touch with reality and its employees
-lack of consistency —- things are always changing and processes are never the same for more than a year
-despicable maternity leave; 10 paid days , salary only, no commission. flat out disrespectful.
-employees don’t get raises
-0 room for growth
-seems like they actually want to increase turnover and replace people at the same or lower salary, rather than giving existing employees raises
-0 indication that employees are remotely valued
I would work here to get your foot in the door, net work, and get out. pretty sure that’s what they want you to do too.
