Pros
Honestly, the team I worked with was pretty awesome but that is solely because of the manager. The manager did an extremely well job of keeping up of keeping upper management off of the team's back. Another pro is that they give you your own LinkedIn recruiter license. That's about it for the Pro's
Cons
Honestly the overall environment Is very compartmentalized and they they don't work as a team.. It always seems that everybody is out for their own bag which I can respect but there should also be some type of team aspect as well. You can tell the ones that are sucking up to the bosses Because those are the ones that get put into higher positions positions even if they're not highlighted high level producers.. The overall environment is very individualized And at no point in time did I ever feel like I was a member of the company or part of the family. A lot of times when the leadership is on a meeting they just like to hear themselves talk instead of listening to all of the workers.
