Pros

Really enjoy the hybrid work environment. A lot of companies are moving fully in office and it's nice to have a company entrust in their employees to be able to work remotely some days. The team is very close in office and out of office which makes for a more family oriented space.

Cons

There are a lot of things to juggle with recruiting. Having the ability to constantly shift directions is a must.
