Virtually no onboarding - company takes pride in everyone having to reinvent the wheel to figure out how things work Managers frequently direct you to people that can't/won't help you Have to be very careful what you say and who might hear you Lack of honesty to clients Some people are treated really poorly

Pros

It's always been about making healthcare safer. The recent acquisition by Getinge has been a big leap forward. It's improved company benefits, strengthened our financials, given us more access to foreign markets, and broadened our horizons for product development.

Cons

Making sure everyone is bought in to the mission and committed to success means that not everyone makes the cut, so we can't grow at the speed we want.
