One positive I can think of is the solution.

Cons

Management is terrible, they shouldn't be considered leadership more like micro-managers. They don't lead, have no empathy, and have no respect for their employees. It's a toxic environment. Recommendation is talk to former employees before joining.

Pros

It's always been about making healthcare safer. The recent acquisition by Getinge has been a big leap forward. It's improved company benefits, strengthened our financials, given us more access to foreign markets, and broadened our horizons for product development.

Cons

Making sure everyone is bought in to the mission and committed to success means that not everyone makes the cut, so we can't grow at the speed we want.
