no worklife balance no work ethics Worst work management and planning zero quality in aminities Absolutely no employee benifits Very less leaves Strict 8hr log time. If not its considered as leave. Better for those, who can stay late, can bear all crap planning and do the dummy factory work

They have outstanding professional services technicians and site mangers. It was always a comfort to know that my accounts would be well taken care of.

Cons

The company's management tried to hard to convince themselves and the team that their CRM suite was better than the best competitor in the space. They never really felt confident they had a chance to compete so they chose instead to play down the other vendor product. I happened to know the truth was the other product was far superior because I worked for them.
