As a co. its good in terms of remuneration, friendly culture. People within are good.

Cons

At times due to lack of direction, process, vision, decision and knowledge many of the good work are not taken to finalization. Management is concerned about statistics, but there are no retrospection, you might see the same issues being repeated. Majorly its a firefighting on a day to day basis. Its good for people who are quite fresh in the industry to learn stuff.

They have outstanding professional services technicians and site mangers. It was always a comfort to know that my accounts would be well taken care of.

Cons

The company's management tried to hard to convince themselves and the team that their CRM suite was better than the best competitor in the space. They never really felt confident they had a chance to compete so they chose instead to play down the other vendor product. I happened to know the truth was the other product was far superior because I worked for them.
