Pros
When I joined, I felt that the ambiance was electric with raw talent and smart people which had inspired me to become the best and shape up my career to its best..
Cons
However lately I observed that people with highly desired qualities such as talent, smartness, being knowledgeable, sincere and responsible have no value for those sitting in Management, who are supposed to respect and motivate employees to grow up the ladder. It started with hiring irrelevant profiled people from TR (company) and giving extra favor, making experienced existing employees out-rightly neglected. HR team never did their job of stopping this unjust and unfair practices initiated and practiced by a single person's craze for sycophancy who was sitting in highly responsible position. Employees became unheard of, even though multiple concerns were raised by them with different concerned department's directors. A spike of high value projects started flowing in to the company to lure new hires and impress parent company but In reality, employees are being forced to be sent to countries where highly fatal diseases, terrorism, lack of services and poor standard of living exist. It killed the last remaining small amount of enthusiasm and faith on the company among employees. The greed of management is evident where no value is given to humans (Employees and Client), needless to say no company runs without these two. And a new motto that is now prevalent in team and coined by extra ordinary failed directors, which is "Fresh Talents are significantly more important than old bloods" needs to be flushed out of the toilet. Because new talents must have something to look up to, and old bloods have that knowledge to inspire and help them grow and become great talents.
