Good work culture, healthy atmosphere helpful colleagues. Job security. Allowances and good hike. Recognition and Good HR policies, time to time fun activities

Cons

You'll have to work on old technology, management wont allow you to implement new tech. Not sure why career growth is zero.

They have outstanding professional services technicians and site mangers. It was always a comfort to know that my accounts would be well taken care of.

Cons

The company's management tried to hard to convince themselves and the team that their CRM suite was better than the best competitor in the space. They never really felt confident they had a chance to compete so they chose instead to play down the other vendor product. I happened to know the truth was the other product was far superior because I worked for them.
