4 days off and ok good health insurance

Cons

They dont like to pay employees they lied about raises they don't care about their people only production. They dont show appreciation only negative feedback. They don't care how much you know or how hard you work they only give promotions to people they favor with not enough experience they overlook the women for promotion in p&s even if they are more qualified than the men. I wouldn't recommend this job to no one

Hours are steady and coworkers are solid

Cons

Extreme micromanagement as in they will basically spy on you constantly through the cameras in trucks. Even when they are home or at the main office like we're a netflix documentary. They are constantly fishing for anything to get people in trouble and rules change daily. Pay isn't worth the hassle. Favoritism is a huge thing as well. Some people constantly sleep and don't get in trouble while you gotta bust your butt to make sure no delays happen.
