If you get to know the right people(basically Managers) at the right Moment you"ll have great support for your further career path. International network with branches in Europe, Middle East and Asia which allows qualified and demanded employees to travel for work. Personal owner managed company in third generation which values employees in names and not numbers. Very smooth work atmosphere if company is satisfied.

Hours are steady and coworkers are solid

Cons

Extreme micromanagement as in they will basically spy on you constantly through the cameras in trucks. Even when they are home or at the main office like we're a netflix documentary. They are constantly fishing for anything to get people in trouble and rules change daily. Pay isn't worth the hassle. Favoritism is a huge thing as well. Some people constantly sleep and don't get in trouble while you gotta bust your butt to make sure no delays happen.
