Decent pay to start. Overtime is always available. That's about it.

Cons

Horrible management. Rarely any raises.two years of work with no raise for example. Guilt trips when you don't wanna work OT. Almost everyone in control wants to flex their power

Hours are steady and coworkers are solid

Cons

Extreme micromanagement as in they will basically spy on you constantly through the cameras in trucks. Even when they are home or at the main office like we're a netflix documentary. They are constantly fishing for anything to get people in trouble and rules change daily. Pay isn't worth the hassle. Favoritism is a huge thing as well. Some people constantly sleep and don't get in trouble while you gotta bust your butt to make sure no delays happen.
