Pros
Team members were great to work with Mid-Level managers really tried their best to help staff be successful Remote work from home was very manageable Weekly updates on team, company status was very helpful
Cons
Ops changes were constant, trying to improve outcomes; most with nearly no warnings (effective today we are now doing this). Some unethical team members took advantage of tech loopholes with metrics, and there was a lot of "poaching" for numbers sake alone. Some Leads should not have had the role; extremely poor communication and obvious favoritism in place. Off-shore team placed with promises that jobs were not at risk, which turned out to be untrue. Work culture was one of the largest obstacles that even the excellent mid-level managers could not overcome.
