Pros
The leadership focuses on building long term value in each and every employee. Through my experience, I have been able to join the Credit Card Processing industry and thrive. I have now been successful with this company for 5 going on 6 years and see potential for even more growth. The resources I have been provided have made me feel very competent and valuable as a member of this industry. There is unlimited growth opportunities here with amazing mentorship along the way.
Cons
There are the regular "cons" that come with any call center job. Negativity happens with client concerns. However, I've found the workplace environment, that I get to call a home, is unlike any other call center I've heard of.
