Pros
Great benefits, pension, and healthcare - thanks to MLB.
Cons
Upper management is going to be the reason this company folds. You have a few ego-maniacs who know nothing about sales/sponsorship/marketing calling all of the shots and manipulating the department heads like marionettes. Each department (comprised of very capable individuals at the lower- mid management levels) is not able to do their jobs. If you do not happily agree to every single idea (good, bad, or detrimental), you will be blacklisted. They claim that they want new and exciting ideas - and shoot down almost every creative proposal they get in favor of an outdated strategy that is losing attendance every year. Then, they will blame the department for not producing more ROI (using their outdated ideas). Budget is a problem with both the team and the front office. They preach culture and community, yet foster a catty environment. I'd avoid this place unless you honestly need a leg into MLB that badly.
