Pros
Focus is all on the customer. They want to make every experience positive an memorable - "Magic of Baseball." Great atmosphere and fun energy most of the time.
Cons
Besides dealing with an occasional rude or disgruntled customer, the most frustrating aspects of working at Tropicana Field are those few employees who have been around past their prime and are just "jaded." They make everything difficult, especially when they have to deal with upset or problem customers (particularly if they're in a superior position than you).
