Pros

The culture at the Tampa Bay Rays is fantastic. I always felt like a valuable part of the team even as an intern. I was trusted with a lot of responsibilities but also had the assistance and guidance of others in my department.

Cons

It's difficult to work for an organization that is struggling. I truly loved working for the Rays so it nearly broke my heart some nights seeing empty stands.
