Excellent Organization to work for. Opportunity to work directly for the Alaskan Native people. Opportunities to learn and grow personally and professionally. An atmosphere of belonging and the feeling of making a difference. The people of this organization treat you like family and mentor as such. This is a great place to work and make a positive difference in the lives of others.
Cons
As in any large organization, sometimes bad apples make it through the screening process due to limited applicants for required positions. But in all cases, these people do not make it for long in this organization.
