Pros
Worked with some sharp people who were motivated. Seemed like there was room for growth.
Cons
Worked many long days, nights and weekends. Company did not compensate for parking fees or reimburse travel and food expenses. Work life balance was poor. Very little office culture or employee appreciation/engagement. There seemed to be a high Turn over rate as well with little to no feedback prior.
