Be careful when interviewing here. They claim to be very supportive to their employees and help them with their careers, this is not the case. They will turn on you the second you hit a rough patch. Their “methods” are not-working for you? Guess what, it’s all on you. They will drag you into meetings and basically tell you that you suck and bully you into quitting. I have never met such an incompetent group of leadership in any type of company. They tell you that they are not result driven and a second later you are cleaning out your desk. They offer a two day training boot camp which doesn’t do much. Your only hope is that you are put on a team that is willing to help Develop you. There are a ton of search firms that are more supportive and have better technology then this absolute joke of a search firm. Good luck with your buy out, I’m sure you guys will make more unhappy employees out of it.
