Too many to many to name. I thought the interview process was pretty thorough until I started working here and then realized it was a total bait and switch. They weren’t entirely honest during the recruitment process. Benefits started after 90 days, not 60. Their compensation plan is also a joke - especially if you are a non entry level recruiter. They weren’t forthcoming at all with how that would work either. And they pay every month. Not biweekly. Not weekly. Once a month.
A lot of your happiness also depends on the team you’re put on. Some are less professional then others. Some of the management literally make you feel like your in an alternate reality with some of the stuff that comes out of their mouths.
As many have noted, their benefits are also horrible.
This place is a revolving door for many and there’s a reason.
