Besides the fact that you can make a ton of money, the employees and partners are generally good people that want to see you succeed. The environment is fast paced, and you are learning new things every day. A fun place to work!
Cons
The recruiting business is not for everyone. It is highly entrepreneurial, and if you are not comfortable communicating with people on a regular basis, you will not be successful. It is a sales environment, so it is up to you as to whether or not you will make money.
