Executive Recruiter - Anonymous employee Tandym Group Employee Review

I took a leap of faith taking this job and leaving behind a career in Social Work. I have to say that I have not loved a job or place of employment more. The leadership within my division is thorough and goes out of their way to make new employees feel comfortable/successful. Everyone is friendly and they take company culture very seriously here. There are many events held to bond staff together. I see a lot of career potential and hope to be successful here for a long time. It is hard work, but I enjoy being here so I don't mind.
